    For those in the "helping" professions—therapists, educators, healthcare workers, and caregivers—it’s easy to become so focused on the needs of others that our own internal harmony falls out of sync. Burnout isn't just "feeling tired"; it’s a state of chronic dissonance where your creative spark and energy start to fade. Tuning into Resilience is a creative sanctuary designed to help you recalibrate. This workshop uses the power of sound, rhythm, and creative expression to move your nervous system from "survival mode" back into a state of flow.

  • Presentations & Keynotes:
    As a classically trained vocalist and first-gen founder, I help organizations harmonize their mission with their well-being. Through high-impact keynote speaking, I teach teams how to use the 'science of sound' to prevent burnout, foster empathy, and lead with creative resilience.

  • Retreat Facilitation: Adding music therapy transforms a retreat from a simple "getaway" to a holistic healing journey. Unlike a passive sound bath, music therapy is interactive. It empowers participants to use their own voices or instruments as a form of agency and self-expression.
